Privacy Policy
Effective date: 5 November 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how A Marketing Services ("we", "us" or "our") handles personal information when you visit www.amarketingservices.com or contact us through this website.
1. Information we collect
When you submit the contact form, we may collect:
- your name;
- your work email address;
- the service you select; and
- the details or goals you include in your message.
When you visit the website, our hosting and service providers may also process technical information needed to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the website, such as your IP address, browser or device information, and request data.
2. How we use information
We use information submitted through the contact form to review and respond to your enquiry, communicate with you about the services you requested, and protect the website and form from misuse. We do not use the contact form to request passwords, payment card details or other sensitive personal information.
3. Google Analytics and regional consent
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors find and use this website, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors interact with the site. The website applies regional consent defaults. Outside the regions listed in our consent configuration, analytics storage is enabled by default, subject to the visitor's ability to reject optional analytics. For visitors in the United Kingdom, European Economic Area, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland, analytics storage defaults to denied unless the visitor actively accepts. These technical settings are not a guarantee of legal compliance in every location. The ad_user_data signal defaults to granted outside the listed restricted regions and denied within them; ad_storage and ad_personalization remain denied in this website configuration. We are not currently using Google Ads remarketing tags or personalized advertising tags on this website.
This website uses Google's Advanced Consent Mode. In regions where analytics storage is denied, Google tags may still send cookieless measurement pings; denied analytics storage prevents analytics cookie storage but does not mean that no data is transmitted to Google. If you reject optional analytics, the analytics storage state is set to denied. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the website footer.
When analytics storage is granted, Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies and process information such as online identifiers, device and browser details, approximate location derived from network information, pages viewed, interactions and referral information.
4. How contact form information is processed
The contact form sends the information you enter to a Google Apps Script web application operated for A Marketing Services. The script uses Google's email service to send the enquiry to digital@amarketingservices.com. We do not currently use a separate website database to store contact form submissions.
Google may process information as part of providing Apps Script and Google Workspace services. The website is hosted using Cloudflare Pages. The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts. These providers may process technical information as described in their own privacy and service documentation.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information submitted through this website. We may make information available to service providers that help us operate the website, process enquiries or provide email services. We may also disclose information where we reasonably believe disclosure is required by applicable law or is necessary to protect our rights, users or services.
6. Retention
We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to the enquiry, maintain relevant business communications and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Enquiry emails may remain in our Google Workspace mailbox or its associated retention and backup systems until deleted in accordance with those services and our practices.
7. International processing
Our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you are located. Where this happens, the providers' own terms and privacy safeguards may apply.
8. Security
We use service providers and reasonable practices intended to protect information. No website, email system or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Your choices and requests
Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have rights to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information that we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a privacy request, contact us using the email address below. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
10. Children
This website is intended for businesses and professional enquiries. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly seek to collect children's personal information through the contact form.
11. Third-party websites and services
This website may link to external websites or use third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of websites and services that we do not operate. Please review their privacy information separately.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our website, services or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when this version was last updated.
